Shipping policy

Items in store will ship within 1-3 business days, and you will receive confirmation with tracking information (if applicable) when your package is shipped. For custom orders I will contact you regarding time frame, typically, allow 4-6 weeks unless you've requested a rush order, which may result in a rush fee. WITHIN THE US: Free shipping on most items is provided via US Mail. A $2 flat shipping charge is added to orders of paper goods to help me defray the costs, but I will only charge $2, whether you order 1 coloring book (or notecards set) or 10. If you request expedited shipping, I will quote additional charges....contact me for details. OUTSIDE THE US: I have set up a few shipping options and there are others available. Please contact me if the options available here do not work in your location. **Please note any duties and taxes required in your country are not collected here but upon delivery. Shipping information changes frequently and I am not always aware of changes so if something doesn't look right to you upon checkout, please contact me. I make every effort to keep shipping expenses down, while ensuring your artwork arrives to you in good condition within a reasonable time frame. I am a small business owner who wants your shopping experience to be hassle free and enjoyable.

If your package appears damaged in transit, please call me at 360-393-7676 so I may arrange next steps with you. Please retain all of the original packaging.
